G'day HG, the house is finished!! We went on holidays to Australia in June and returned on the 7th of July and moved in to the house. I was going to finish the blog and post some photos but have been too busy at work and also left the photos in Bali. Will try to get this done this weekend.

Thanks for visiting my page. Must say Out of all the places I worked in Indonesia, Balikpapan is one of my favourites.Saying that most of the other places i worked I was living in a container for 3 months at a time.
Have been away from there for a year recuperating from hep A but am now fit and well and searching for an opening back in Indonesia. Take care and I wish you and your family a great week.

Kalimantan's not too bad, I've been in Indonesia 17 years, 9 of those in Kalimantan and I still think Balikpapan is on of the best places to live/work in Indonesia, Bali being the best. As for the magic I think you'll find it's more that the guys can't control themselves and like the use "magic" as an excuse. I'm happily married of 12 years and don't seem to have any problems with magic (lookings okay). Actually, my wife and family have been living in Bali since end of 2006 and still I'm immune to the magic. Next time you're in Bali you should let us know would love to catch up with you and Frank,

Regards from Kal-Tim
